St. Patrick's Day in Savannah

St. Patrick's Day in Savannah

This is a wonderful time of year for the city and for me personally. My Mom’s family is originally from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland, and when I was growing up, we always celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with such excitement for the holiday. In Savannah, everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, which makes it so much fun!

Check out my recent Suite 101 article on information about St. Pat’s Day in Savannah, as well as a few of my Irish dessert recipes.

Also, see my recent article in the Savannah Morning News on a local bagpiper who will play in this year’s  St. Patrick’s Day parade through downtown Savannah.

If you plan on attending the St. Patrick’s Day parade and festival in Savannah, check out my article that provides information and tips about the fun, Irish holiday in Savannah.
